A major factor in the success of any field statistical work is the accompanying media campaign.
The 2010 Population, Housing and Establishments Census is accompanied by a strategic media campaign, including the issue of a one-Qatari Riyal postal stamp portraying the census logo. Eighty thousands stamps are to be issued in April 2010.
This stamp will document the 2010 Census and will reflect the remarkable attention by the State of Qatar given to the census due to its importance in driving the development process in Qatar in an accelerating manner in support of the State of Qatar's National Vision 2030.
