The Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics conducts a survey to gauge audience satisfaction with government services

​Under the patronage of HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the State of Qatar, the MDPS carries out a field survey for the second year in a row in April to appraise the services provided by ministries and other government agencies.
The survey aims to know the opinions and evaluation of government service recipients. It intends to identify their impressions and form a clear vision over the level and quality of government services, seeking to help develop them, improve their quality, and overcome difficulties which may face the government service recipients.
The data collection method relies on the fact that a number of researchers interviews the recipients of different government services, while they are on the spot, and collect the required data via a hand device. In addition, a specialized field researchers conduct field visits to a sample of recipients in their place of residence and collect the required data.
The survey targets also the recipients of online services provided by the official websites of government agencies, or their different mobile applications, or Hukumi. 
The MDPS urges the entire government agencies, public and private institutions, and the general public to cooperate with the field researchers to make this survey succeed. Besides, the MDPS invites all to participate and give their opinions through filling up the online data form of the survey .
