The Planning and Statistics Authority (PSA), in cooperation with the Community Service and Continuing Education Center at Qatar University, organized a symposium for its employees on the institutional performance quality on Thursday, 7 December 2023.
The symposium was presented by Dr. Mamdouh Riad, Consultant of career and institutional performance management and development, learning and training management and HR development.
The aim of this symposium is to give insights on quality management concepts and systems at the global level, the expected future developments with respect to quality and innovation, and the standards of quality and institutional performance management systems in Qatar, along with spreading awareness of the importance of quality at work.
This symposium comes within the framework of PSA constant endeavor to spread and enhance the culture of quality among its employees in line with the best professional practices.
