Physical and Climate Features
The sub-domain “Climate and Weather” includes statistics on atmospheric and climatic conditions. Information on weather describes the way that the atmosphere is behaving over a given territory in the short term and is recorded by countries through a network of monitoring stations.
Climate is determined by long-term weather conditions. Weather data are usually measured over time and across locations including aspects such as: temperature, humidity, pressure, precipitation, wind, solar radiation, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
