HE Dr. Saleh M. Al-Nabit, Minister of Development Planning and Statistics, shall participate in the first meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Planning Institute for the year 2016/2017, to be held in Kuwait on Thursday, 26 January, 2017.
The meeting will discuss, among other topics, the annual activity report of the Institute for the year 2015/2016, the financial contributions of Member States, and the grants from Arab funds, as well as the contribution of Kuwait in the eighth financing plan (2015-2020).
The Arab Planning Institute is an Arab development institution that aims to support the efforts of economic and social development departments in the Arab States through its activities and functions which include building and developing national human capacities, providing advisory services and institutional support, and preparing general and specialized researches and studies.
