The Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics (MDPS) recognizes five student research projects at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar

The Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics was among the judges at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar’s “Meeting of the Minds” event held on Tuesday, 25 April 2017. This high-profile annual event highlights research projects conducted by undergraduate and postgraduate students at the university.

At the end of the event, the following five research projects were awarded the Ministry’s prizes for being in-line with Qatar’s National Development Strategy. While one of the selected research projects is a postgraduate project that relates to Cyber-Security, two projects relate to Biological Sciences applications, one project relates to Science Education, and one project relates to Information Systems Applications .
